During my last visit I had the honour to meet chef Christophe and his wife Hilda. They are passionate, friendly and they just love what they’re doing. I really recommend Vier Tafels. It’s my favourite restaurant in Ghent.

Fabulous location right in the middle of Ghent. My favourite? That’s a difficult question. I’d say the tiger prawns with pepper and honey.
